Bringing coursework, assignments, and classroom conversations into students’ hands.
The idea
At Instructure, I led a team of four to five engineers working on multiple Android applications. Canvas Student gives students access to coursework, grades, assignments, messages, and discussions on the go.
I was the primary architect for the Android applications and helped guide the mobile roadmap. My work spanned architecture, feature development, team growth, and release quality between April 2014 and June 2018.
