Terms and Conditions for Recollect

Welcome to Recollect! By accessing or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if between 13 and 18 years old) and agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Recollect provides services to create inspiring photobook pages.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:
  • Violating any laws or regulations;
  • Sharing harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content;
  • Attempting to disrupt or compromise the App’s functionality;
  • Infringing on the rights of other users.

4. Intellectual Property

Recollect and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tuogol and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of Recollect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Subscription and Fees

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions:

• Payment Terms: Fees for subscriptions are due in advance.
• Refund Policy: No refunds are available.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Recollect and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be available in the App and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
